This service centre aims at providing assistance to our clients, who need to

• develop in-house training programs,
• find qualified trainers for specific subject areas, or
• outsource HR services such as staff coaching, company event facilitation and document compilation, etc.

Over the past 14 years, many HR Managers and Training Managers visited our bookstore looking for suitable training resources. Most of them planned to design and develop their own training program or workshop for their in-house participants.

While some intended to buy reference books on the subject matter, others searched for workshop binders that can provide a framework for their workshop, or a video for drawing participants attention. But almost every client would ask, “Is there any good games or ready-to-use game sets for this subject?”

Of course we could simply sell them any relevant products they mentioned, but instead, our training consultants inquired more details about the purpose of the training program and the background of participants before making any recommendations.
